Double room in homely Victorian Dennistoun flat

Hi :)

I'm a 25 year old PhD Student, looking to share my flat in Dennistoun with another student or professional for a few months. The flat is right beside Alexandra Parade station and Alexandra Park. It's a 25 min walk to Strathclyde University, a 20 min walk or 6 min train to Glasgow Royal Infirmary, and a 1h15min train to Edinburgh Waverley.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, a bright and sunny living/dining room with huge windows, a long skinny kitchen with a dishwasher, a modern bathroom, and nice neighbours. I keep the flat warm, clean, and fresh at all times - I like to keep it cosy and homely, since it's my home!

I'm quite a busy person, so it would be great to live with someone who was also quite busy (so that we'd understand each other and not feel neglected) or independent (I will happily leave you alone if you'd rather do your own thing), but of course it's always lovely to have a glass of wine and a natter if we're both about!

I've set the price at £500, and this includes all bills.
