20 mins by us to Bethnal Green.
15 mins by bus to Manor House and Finsbury Park.
5-10 mins walk to stokenewington church street.
40 mins to Leicester Square and Oxford Circus

There is the beautiful springfield park, the river Lee and Hackney marshes conservation area which is only 5mins walk away. They also have a canoe club there.
