Double room in spacious flat (short let)

From 26 January, I'm renting out my room in a large two-bedroom shared flat. It's just a short-term let as I will be abroad until July and you'd be sharing with my super considerate flatmate (although she is often away for longish periods).

The living room has a bit of a vintage feel, with wooden parquet floors and a huge window looking onto trees. You can also watch the foxes and squirrels out the window, if you like a bit of wildlife. The bathroom and kitchen are a good size and fully functional. The flat's not shiny and new but it offers plenty of space and character!

It's a 5-10-minute walk to Gipsy Hill station with regular trains into Victoria or London Bridge taking 25 minutes. The number 3 bus (and N3) stops just at the end of the drive, or you can walk up to Crystal Palace Parade in 5-10 minutes, where you have buses to almost everywhere, and from where you can nip down into the park, or to Crystal Palace station for the Overground.
