Room Wanted in within 3 miles of West Norwood

Hello,
I'm looking for a room in West Norwood/ Streatham/ Herne Hill/ Crystal Palace/ Camberwell/ Brixton or other nearby areas.

I work for a charity that supports adults with disabilties in West Norwood as Housing Officer, mostly regular office hours 8.30-4.30 plus the odd extra shift. When not at work I can often be found at a gym, walking around London or relaxing at home.

Looking for a room in a clean and quiet house (no party house please, dogs or cats are more than welcome though) from around 1st October for about 9-12 months.
