Lovely Bright Double Room Hammersmith

hi there :) large bright furnished double with direct garden access is available!

share kitchen, washroom and laundry with other tenants. extra storage space in basement. common areas are not large but the room is!!

female flatmates in their 20's - polish and english/french, work in marketing and as cabin crew.

looking for someone friendly, quiet, respectful and clean. as there is no living room, it's best for someone who is actively social. room is quite large. near thames, pubs, parks - it's really a lovely area with great transit access to heathrow and central london.

NO COUPLES. occasional guests is of course fine :)

boring stuff:
*£180 fees to agency for referencing and tenancy agreement. they will need proof of income, ID, etc. but are pretty quick with doing checks.
*£900 deposit to be paid to me directly then we sign it off with deposit protection.
*bills are approx £50 per month each. heating/hot water paid by landlord!

lease will be up for renewal in july, with associated fee (i think £75 to split)

room needs to be filled/references checked/deposit given by absolute latest june 2nd, to move in after june 4th - as i am leaving the country without much notice! rent and bills are due on the 8th :)
