Identity Report – Full rigorous ID verification

Identity and residence information is checked across multiple databases to give you confidence this person is who they say they are. This system is more thorough than the UK passport service checks or the old photo ID and two utility bills proof required by banks.

Credit Report – Checking the financial and credit history of the applicant

This report is designed to uncover warning signs such as undisclosed addresses, discrepancies in residential histories and undisclosed adverse financial judgements (such as bankruptcies or CCJs).

Professional Employment & Previous Landlord Confirmation

We attempt to confirm information provided by the applicant about their employment is accurate and carry out an affordability check. We also contact their Landlord to confirm their residency and highlight any problems with their previous tenancy.


Combined Reports – Choose the reports you need
