Clean, quiet and friendly

I work as a roadside technician, fixing misfueled cars (people put petrol into diesel car or diesel into petrol car) on a 6/7 days basis. From May till October I'm almost always on the go, so you never see me too much; from autumn till spring is more quiet, so I'll spend more time at home. For these reasons, I definitely need parking, and heating is a basic requirement.

Preferable area is the North West; Brent, Hendon, Edgware and Finchley, fast motorway access is a huge plus point.

I'm looking for a nice and quiet place that is safe; the flat is clean, modern and well maintained. Agencies are welcome; I have really good experience with Northwood and Leaders because of their high-standard properties.

I prefer a large room, an en-suite or a studio. I don't need a living room, garden and so on, but the heating is a basic requirement: a minimum of 21 Celsius if I'm at home.
