About me
Hey, I’m Francis, 31, a Cocoa Sustainability Analyst looking for a double room in London with easy-going housemates. My budget is £1000 max per month. I travel quite a bit for work across cocoa-growing regions, so I’m looking for a relaxed home base to return to.
I finished my PhD a couple of years back and have settled into work that takes me between West Africa, Latin America, and Asia. When I’m in London, I love rock climbing, trail running, spending time in nature, and the occasional dinner party or board games night. I’m into meditation, have an interest in healing and therapy work, and enjoy good conversations about everything from sustainability to consciousness.

What I’m looking for
Ideally a house with 2-3 people, somewhere near a park would be perfect. I value a home that feels warm and social but also respects personal space – I like the idea of being friends with housemates while also having room to recharge.
I’m clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces. Given my travel schedule, I’d be away fairly regularly, which might suit someone looking for a housemate who’s present but not underfoot.
