Peace and tranquillity.

I am a professional, I work as a decorator, I am honest, trustworthy and reliable. I am looking to share a house preferably with one other, I currently share a house with one female owner, I am not looking for a party house, although I do like to socialise, I like to cook, not with greasy chip pans, I eat quite healthily, I leave for work quite early and it’s all week and some weekends, I am looking for a non smoking household, I have a work van and a car, so parking is important. I like to keep clean and tidy and that also applies to my sleeping area and the rest of the house. I am currently close to Guildford and Leatherhead, and I would like to stay in the area. I have a bicycle so either a garage or shed would be preferable, thanks.
