Chemical Engineer Working in Clitheroe

I am a professional male aged 25 currently living in Teesside but looking to move to the area. At a minimum, I am looking for:

- Large double room with space for working from home either in the bedroom or elsewhere in the house (good-sized desk, with the ability to fix a clamp-on dual monitor mount);

- Parking for 1 car (on or off-street, do not mind);

Non-essential, but highly desirable for me would be:

- En-suite / dedicated bathroom;

- Plenty of storage space (few empty boxes etc.);

- Sociable housemates, as I do enjoy a few beers at the weekend;

- Good shared social space;
