I'm a Professional photographer very easy going and frequently travelling out for work.
My absolute max. number of people to share with is three A garden space would be nice but what is essential is a living area, as I'd like to feel in a home rather that fill a room to crash, to share with considerate, respectful and clean/tidy people I left the student days behind. I'm very friendly and easy going but I also like my own space. As I said I travel a lot for work, I can spend long periods away so when I'm back I like to be back to a home. Keen also to buddy up.
NO Live in landlord/lady as I’m too considerate and I wouldn’t feel like home.
Moving date ideally 31st August but, again for the right place I can show flexibility
