Looking for a chill, homely flat

Hello!

I'm Sarah and I'm hoping to find a homely, new place to live and lovely people to share it with!

I'm 31, queer and currently retraining and working within the NHS.

In terms of the flat dynamic, I'd like to share with someone/people who like to hang out together, have dinner sometimes, chat over a cuppa tea. Sociable, but still with space and time to ourselves.

As a flatmate, I'm quite easygoing and respect others' space. I like to keep the place nice, clean and tidy and I always make an effort to do so (we're not talking show home though).

I used to work as a chef and still really enjoy cooking and baking; I love going to the gym; climbing/bouldering; cycling; trying out various creative projects and exploring the world.

Ideally, I'd like to stay around the Leith, Meadowbank, Abbeyhill or Portobello area, but I'm open to other locations too.

My budget is around £700 per month, inclusive of bills.

What I'd like to find is a double room in a 2 or 3 bed flat or someone to team up with to find somewhere nice!
