Respectful guy looking for friendly flatshare

I (Dean) am a 26-year-old man who studied economics and used to work as an executive assistant/ PA. I’m taking some time to be my own PA/ look for a job in tech/figure things out.

When I’m not at my desk, I mostly like going on hikes/to cafes with my friends. I do also sometimes enjoy watching TV 😅. But I don’t stay up late, and I would be happy to use my headphones if you also don't want to watch TV.

I am a friendly and clean person.
I mostly eat vegan food, and I've had all of the covid jabs.

I would be happy to live in a flatshare near the Oxford University library. If not, it would be good if I could work from home or if there was a nearby coworking space. An annexe with a private kitchen would be great.

I'm very clean and quiet. I never host parties. I would like to live in a clean and quiet house.

I am looking for a 3-month lease as I might need to move again soon for an in-person job. But I would accept a 6-month lease. I can pay six months of rent upfront. I've never been late on a rent payment. I've left everywhere I've lived cleaner than when I moved in. There is no risk of me being late on a rent payment due to my savings and guarantor.

It would be cool to become friends with my housemates and have nice conversations, but not essential.
