Female (50), looking for accommodation

Hi, I'm Rhian, female (52) looking for a larger room to rent in a smaller household if possible. Extra storage space preferred. Parking availability preferred, e. g. on street, as I need my car for work. I am looking for mature, kind people who are clean and respectful.
Working part time due to medical reasons. Room will be needed 7 days per week. Mon-Fri lets not suitable for me. Studio flat all inclusive, would seriously be considered. I own an adorable bulldog.
My interests include walking, music, animals (especially dogs). I am willing to buddy up with genuine people. I'm DBS Enhanced checked.
I like to chat, socialise but also need time for myself. Currently having to move out as owners are selling up. I would like somewhere for a minimum of 3-6 months, but, if iydthe right place a lot longer. Thank you.
