Hello, my name is Steve. I work in the fitness industry and manage a new gym in Clifton Moor, York.

Im looking to rent a double room. Ideally in or very close to the Clifton Moor area.

I have a budget of 600pcm with all bills included and require the room for a period of 1 and 2 years.

I am available to move in anytime after Christmas

I appreciate peace and quiet, cleanliness and most of all privacy. I am a mature, respectable and considerate tenant.

I am looking to move in immediately.
