A few things about me:
- I am moving to the area for a new contract and will be working from home 1–2 days a week, so I would love somewhere I can comfortably set up for that.
- I would prefer to live with other friendly professionals who enjoy a nice balance of being social while also respecting each other’s space.
- A parking space is important for me.
- Ideally, I would like all bills included to keep things simple.
- I am looking to stay for 6-12 months, with a move-in date from 1st October.
