Room in Chesham or locality wanted.

I'm looking for a room or flat to share in or as near to Chesham as possible.
I'm Divorced & have lived in Chesham for 20 years.
I spend as much time as possible with my Daughter, who
currently she's living with my ex partner in Chesham. I pick up from school, take to classes & look after regularly.
Ideally, I'd love somewhere I could bring her back to once or twice a week, and perhaps stay overnight a couple of times a month, if possible, but am flexible, and being near her and work are key for me (& her!)
Her needs are paramount for me.
Ideally looking for a double room, with Broadband & preferably Bills included, but happy to pay my fair share, bills wise.
I'd want to rent for a minimum of 6 months, probably longer term.
I have no special needs or requirements.
I'm a quiet, clean, fully domesticated, honest, caring, decent & sociable fellow, who keeps himself to himself, but very happy to participate & maintain a clean, healthy & efficient household.
