Looking for a room!

Hi everyone!

I'm James and I'm looking for a room to rent in South East!

I'm originally from Stoke-on-Trent but have lived in London for over 8 years, South East London for about 4. My budget is around 850pcm. I can be a flexible either way and am open to different offers.

I work a combination of freelance writing and event management work as well a my regular role as Box Office Assistant at Wilton's Music Hall. From December I will be taking on the role of Venue Manager - Box Office on a part time basis at Wilton's.

I love South East London and know the area like the back of my hand. I'm free to move from early December and latest I could do would be around 10th of January.

I'm clean, easygoing, friendly, kind and reliable. I like to socialise so keen for a house where everyone gets on, but I also like to be independent and have space as we all do. I love cooking, socialising, reading, long walks in South East's amazing parks, going to the theatre and having a little drink at the pub.
