Room wanted for a friendly tidy professional.

Hi, I am a male professional looking for a spacious single or double room to move in as soon as possible. I am friendly, with an easy going personality, quiet, tidy and clean. I don't smoke and I don't have any pets.
I would ideally like to share a house with people who have same mentality as mine and share my values. I can be social but definitely not a party animal and prefer quiet film, chat or game nights.
