Professional Considerate Engaged Couple

Working engaged professional couple looking for double room in ideally Preston or Blackpool. Graham is 58 and works in Bolton. Paul is 60 and works in Preston. We're both in full time employment and are hard working. We have been living in our current houseshare near Arnold Clark Motor store in Preston since 30th September 2018 but our landlord is going to sell the property due to ill health. Ideally 20 minutes walking distance to public transport [buses/trains] for our jobs. Our only real stipulations are a double bed, plenty of decent storage space in the room, a washing machine and broadband and of course cleanliness. Ideally the landlord would be live-in but not a deal breaker. We are clean, tidy, hard working, genuine, trustworthy and respectful professionals.
