Feels like Devon

Hi.
I've spent the past five years living quite happily in properties of friends in Plymouth, and now they are selling and moving on. This presents an opportunity for me to make a change, and I am looking for a place close to the centre of the things I do which is East Devon.
Ideally I seek an eccentric sort of property with the people to match. Artisans, activists, scholars and creators suit me best. If you are that type, then you know what to expect from me, because you know half a dozen people like me already.
Last year I earned about £8K and paid about £4K in rent. I do not expect that to change much. I'm just not a rat race type and there's no sense in pretending otherwise, and the simple truth is that I am always far too busy to work. What you will get is somebody who will respect your property and your well being. Somebody who will value your other tenants and friends, and help them where I am able. Someone who will take a genuine interest in your life because you are fantastic, and they're allowed to.
