Professional Web Dev seeking spacious room – Flexible move-in

I’m a Web Developer looking for a spacious double, bedsit, or studio. I work from home most days, so I’m looking for a spot with enough room for a comfortable desk setup and reliable internet.
In my downtime, I’m usually gaming, studying, or playing music (I'm mindful of noise and usually stick to headphones). I’m easygoing, clean, and happy to chat, but I also respect everyone's need for peace and quiet.

I occasionally have friends visit from Wales for a weekend, so I’m looking for a flatshare that's cool with the occasional overnight guest.

Move-in info: I’m on a rolling contract and just need to give notice by the 8th of the month. I can move in approximately one month from my next notice date—happy to discuss how this aligns with your availability.

Nice-to-haves: Dishwasher & Tumble dryer.
