Professional female seeking cosy home

Hi, I’m Char, a 35-year-old professional looking to share a home with one other like-minded female. I’m hoping to find somewhere that feels calm, friendly and genuinely homely.

I work part-time as an L&D Manager for a company in Brighton (WFH 2–3 days a week). Alongside that, I teach yoga and run my own sauna business in Cuckfield, so I’m often out early mornings and evenings. During the week I work hard, stay active, and enjoy quiet evenings, healthy dinners and early nights, though I also love the occasional glass of wine and trips to gigs.

I’m clean, considerate and very house-proud, and love creating a nice space to live in. I often have music playing in the background and incense burning, so I enjoy a relaxed, cosy atmosphere at home. I also have a storage unit full of lovely furniture and home bits, so I’d be happy to contribute if someone is looking to buddy up and create a great shared home.

I’m looking for somewhere peaceful with friendly energy, ideally for 6–12 months while I save to buy- perhaps longer. I have a partner who would stay occasionally, but I’d also spend time at his, so I wouldn’t be around constantly.

I do have a car, so I’d ideally need somewhere with permit parking or easy parking nearby.
