Easy Going Lodger Seeks August-December Stay

Hello - I’m looking for something short-term over the autumnal months while I finish up a working contract and before I move further afield. I am searching for furnished lodgings in Eastbourne primarily, though Lewes is also wonderful.

Buddy-ups welcome, but I want to be clear about my schedule (Searching for mid-August to mid-December).

A little about me - Currently living in Brighton, and an enjoyer of the local music scene, though not much of a partier these days. Working professional, and interested in cooking or otherwise creative pursuits (chainmaille, collage, drawing). Looking for an LGBTQ friendly household who value mutual respect and the occasional game of Scrabble over a glass of wine.

I commute to Firle and am a cyclist, so I am looking for somewhere to occasionally store my bike and close to a train station is vital.

I can provide excellent references from current and previous landlords, and while this is my first time lodging, I have lived with many a housemate. I will be spending most of my time working ( 9 - 5 ), and a good few weekends will be spent away. Animal friendly (encouraged, even) but I do not bring pets of my own.
