Young professional looking for a place

Hey all,

I'm looking to find a place.

I left my job a couple of years ago to travel a bit and reasses my career goals (was in marketing for a charity called SkyWay). After a long think I've decided something active is for me so I'm currently looking for PT or delivery jobs. On UC at at the moment but have money to cover rent + bills until I get a part or full time job.

Nothing out of the norm. Looking for somewhere to be able to call home. I'm health conscious so would be nice to have that in common to be able to go out on hikes or bike rides together, or play sports, do some rowing etc. Respecting each other's space and commitmentsn is paramount while having the odd shared social time as well when able.

Hobby and interest-wise I play football pretty regularly at semi-pro/pro standard and I'm a regular at the gym, food track, and I enjoy going out on the weekends with friends, hiking and playing the odd board game, as well as eating and drinking out.

I don't drink much or smoke, and would prefer housemates who don't smoke either..
