Ensuite room/studio w/FEMALES dog-friendly 12/4/26

I am a responsible professional looking for an ensuite room, bedsit or studio from 12/13 April 2026. I'm flexible on the contract period (2-12 months).

I'm a mature, very clean / tidy, and a reliable and considerate tenant.

My dog is small to medium sized, extremely well trained, behaved and groomed, also she does not bark (she is mute).

Please note:
* I will only share with FEMALES 30+ (or rent a whole studio)
* I will only rent a room if it is ENSUITE
* My budget is c£750/month

(Sorry for the CAPS but so many are flooding me with messages about mixed shares without bathroom!)
