Looking for a room / someone to buddy up

Hello hello,

My name is Giulia (27) and sadly my landlord is selling up, so I’m looking for a new room in a two- / three-bed flat or housemate(s) to buddy up with. I’m flexible and free to move a couple of weeks before or after 1st Nov.

My ideal flat:
•⁠ ⁠Is located on a quiet street (preferably in Brockley)
•⁠ ⁠Has a spacious bedroom to fit a desk in
•⁠ ⁠Has a garden / outdoor area
•⁠ ⁠Has a big enough kitchen / living room to invite a few friends over every now and again
•⁠ ⁠Is kept clean and tidy (no dirty dishes for a few days, sorry!).

Other things you should know about me:

I‘ve lived in London for seven years and consider myself a South East London local. I love Brockley, and feel so at home here. I volunteer at a school for migrants and refugees at the weekend and occasionally help out at the local allotments too.

I work in podcasting (mainly from home), and most importantly I have the most amazing and adorable ginger cat called Bruno who’ll be coming with me!

I love hanging out with friends, going on long nature walks outside of London or reading books in coffee shops. I do a bit of yoga and boxing and I recently joined a local women's football team.

I’d love to live with someone who is up for hanging out - whether that’s cooking together occasionally, going to a pub or watching a film at home. But of course I respect personal space and need a good chunk of me-time too!
