Me and my best friend are looking for a flat (preferably 2bed 2bath) from the 15th November on.

We are open to suggestions when it comes to the area, as long as it's save, clean and well connected (Tube station and/or good bus connection). At least one of the rooms would need to be big enough for a home office set up.

A bit more about us:

My friend: She is an assistant manager at one of the biggest coffee vendors in London, but she also socialises in the arts.

Me: After being Head of Sales for a Marketing company, I quit my job to chase my dream, and now I'm a freelancer in the film industry. I mainly work from home, hence the room needs enough space for my desk, chair & a big bed, as I am 6'5.

Also both of us love to cook, we would prefer a modern kitchen set up, as well as a big fridge/freezer and of course a dishwasher and all the normal amenities that you would expect.

NO GROUND FLOOR flats please.
