43 year old male seeking a large unfurnished double room in east London (E and EC postcode areas only).

I work as a legal professional in the video games industry on a hybrid schedule (currently 3 days in-office, 2 from home). I’m in a relationship, so I’m ideally looking for a household where occasional guests are welcome.

In my spare time, I enjoy archery and music (always with headphones), along with films, TV, reading, and gaming. I’m clean and considerate, especially in shared spaces, and strike a good balance between being sociable and respecting others’ privacy.

I’m happy to contribute to household costs and chores, and don’t mind helping with things like light gardening where needed.

What I’m looking for:

- Large double room with space for furniture
- Unfurnished preferred
- En-suite is a bonus but not essential
- Access to a shared living space preferred
- Garden a plus, but not required
- Washing machine and adequate fridge/freezer and storage space essential
- Good transport links (within easy reach of a Tube station)
- Fast, reliable broadband (required for work)
- Budget: £950pcm inclusive of all bills

I have to give two months notice at my current place as per the new Renters' Rights legislation, so immediate move-ins aren't going to work.
