43 year old Male seeking large room or Buddy-Up

Professional male, 43, seeking a large unfurnished double room or open to buddying up for a flatshare in East London (E/EC postcodes only).

I work as a legal professional in the video games industry on a hybrid schedule (currently 3 days in-office, 2 from home). I’m in a relationship, so I’m ideally looking for a household where occasional guests are welcome.

Outside work I enjoy archery, music (always with headphones!), films, TV, reading and gaming. I’m clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces, while also enjoying a friendly household atmosphere and giving people their own privacy.

I’m happy to contribute fairly to household costs and chores, and I’m always willing to help out with things like light gardening or general upkeep.

What I’m looking for:

Budget:

Up to £950pcm including bills for a room in an existing share
Up to £1,100pcm rent only for a 2/3-bedroom flatshare or buddy-up

Essentials:

Large double room with space for furniture
Shared living space
Washing machine, good fridge/freezer space and storage
Fast, reliable broadband (needed for work)
Easy access to good transport links, ideally within walking distance of a Tube station

Preferences:

Leytonstone or Leyton ideally, but open to nearby areas
Unfurnished preferred
Ground/first floor preferred (or higher with a lift)
Ideally no more than 3 people in the property

I need to give two months’ notice at my current place, so I’m not looking for an immediate move-in.
