Neat and clean housemate looking for house share

Hi,

I?m Liam, 25, friendly and sociable graduate who?s just started working near Cambridge as a mechanical engineer.

Ideally looking for a double room near the station / mill road area, that?s low maintenance for around ?600/m. If it?s a good fit then I?d be happy being there long term, probably until I save up and buy.

I work 8-5 and am often busy in the evenings training for a variety of sports. I tend to spend some proportion of weekends in London too, as well as traveling further afield when I can.

I?m very tidy and clean, and like to cook my own meals as much as possible. I?m vegetarian 6 days of the week, and eat pretty healthily.

Lived in flat shares before, both as a student and since. Have always found it a good way to meet people and am close friends with most of the people I?ve lived with :)
