NHS Professional - Blackburn & Darwen area

Sharing with female landlady/tenant only. I am looking for long-term and somewhere more spacious than where I am currently. I work for the NHS, based at Blackburn Royal. I am a professional male looking for a single or double room within easy commute of Blackburn Royal. I don't drive so would be relying on local transport. Happy to provide a securing deposit and references too. More than happy to pay rent every two months, or monthly/weekly, whatever is helpful/easier for you. My previous landladies have all said they would take me back so that I hope is a reflection of me. I am a tidy person, respectful of privacy but do enjoy chatting too. I'm a widower but do have a child from a marriage many years ago. She is 22 and lives in West Yorkshire with her mum and step dad. My parents live in West Yorkshire too and some weekends, I will be at their house (depending on Covid - ). Your home is yours and I would be very respectful of that.

I do like living where I am currently. I've been here 2 years but feel a need for more space. Where I live currently, I don't use the living room. I have my own bedroom and share kitchen and bathroom. I am not a paid member of this site but if you add me to your "show interest" then I will be in touch as soon as I can. I usually start work at 7.45am but on the odd occasion, I sometimes may need to start at 7.30am and hope that will be ok. I don't work shifts or anything like that.
