Room wanted (Great Sankey/Westbrook/town centre)

Hi my name is Dawn and I am 37 years old. I am looking for a room. I am on a tight budget as I work part time and I don't drive, so I need a place on a good bus route at least.

A live-out landlord is preferred.

I'm looking for a large-sized en-suite room with all bills included.

Lock on the bedroom door is a must, en suite with own toilet and shower, at least 1 shelf in the fridge and 1 shelf in the freezer, 1 cupboard for other stuff.

I consider myself fairly quiet and am willing to turn volume on stuff down if it was indeed too loud (sometimes I may not know I'm being loud so no hassle being asked to turn it down!). Not a party person so don't worry about me inviting all kinds around.

Females are preferred, but will look at rooms in mixed households.

I am looking for a quiet place, especially one where the walls/floors/ceilings are not so thin!

It would be great if the room is unfurnished, but I know most aren't, so I can deal with furnished. A single bed in a double room would be ideal if possible.

I need to give my current landlord a month's notice so I would need to be able to reserve the room for that long before I am able to move in, though if you're open to discussing a middle ground, I am too!
