Flat or home - Double rooms in and around Harlow,

currently, i am taking care of my Mum in a semi assisted living situation but now due to the nature of her illness, (dementia) i require my own space close by again to be able to cope with the full on care she needs.
usually i work full time, i am a professional HGV driver by trade but, after a recent responsibility change i am now in receipt of carers allowance and Universal credit, caring for Mum.
i want to be upfront with my situation so you can make fair consideration toward my interest in renting your room.

i am a kind and clean person, quiet and respectful toward tenants, i have a family friend as reference in regard to rent etc as i rented with him for a number of years.

I'm looking for either a single or double room, with no strong preference to whom I share with as long as they're kind and respectful.

I am a Non smoker with no pets, I am a quiet and tidy person who maintains and respects others boundaries and preferences.

I have a full deposit ready from an organisation that are kind enough to help me with this on such short term notice.

I look forward to hearing from any prospective homes that may suit my needs.
