Easy going, clean, musical actress

Hi, I'm looking for roommates that are open and from all walks of life. I'd prefer a house where we're actually social and hang out from time to time but also accept our privacy and need for alone time. I'm 36 but young at heart and moved to London 3 years ago to go to drama school and graduated last September and am looking for a new home for the next chapter. I am working as a translate as well in home office so I'll be home quite a bit. I am a decent cook and enjoy cooking for the collective. Ideally I would have a room with access to a garden or balcony because I do smoke occasionally (but never in the house!)
I love animals but am allergic so pets should be hypoallergenic. I'm planning on getting a pet rabbit myself (a hypoallergenic breed of course) ????
