F27-Looking for studio or shared house

Hi. I am currently looking for a single or double room in a shared house or a studio apartment in Leeds, preferably Burley, Headingley and Kirkstall areas but open to other locations. I am currently out of work due to health reasons so must accept DSS. I like sewing and have sold my own designs before so I am looking to continue doing that as a business/passive income from home. I will be in most of the time however I will keep to myself mostly. I do enjoy socialising so I’m open to cooking, going out or watching a movie etc together.
