Professional Male seeks a double room

Hey!
I’m a 27yo professional working in the HR l for a Chester based company.
I am originally from Italy but have stayed in Manchester for a few years already.
I WFH 50% of the time, Monday to Friday and spend quite a few weeks abroad a year, when possible.
I am very clean and tidy, respectful, social but also like my own space, especially after a long intense day of work. My bedroom can be a mess at times but I really do my best to keep communal areas decent.
I am kinda houseproud and would like to find a place to call home.
I go to the gym regularly and go out pretty much every weekend.
Interests include cooking, good food, hiking, socialising, Netflix, travelling.

An ideal house-size would be no more than 2-bedrooms, I need parking as well.
I am looking to move in between April and mid May possibly.

I would also potentially be interested in a buddy-up on a flat/house.
