Friendly, Clean and fun!

I am a professional female, aged 29. I am looking for a room or housemate / buddy up to move in with. I have a budget of 600pcm max, inclusive of bills.

I work in roundhay / oakwood so would be looking for this area, happy to live in chapel allerton, moortown, gledhow or in the centre.

I would like to share with males or females ideally between 25 and 46 years old. Preferably I'd like to live with just one or 2 others who are working professionals.

I'm clean and like to keep shared areas clean. I'm fun and friendly, I like a drink and to have friends round for drinks occasionally (when covid safe).
I work in childcare 4 days a week working long days.
