Room needed

Hello, I am Liv, a 34 year old semi-professional adult who has lived in Bristol for 2 years in September

I work at festivals and outdoor events throughout the summer and have enjoyed a temporary winter role at a ski travel agency for the past 2 years with the expectation to return again for a third season, but also have a UK guarantor if necessary to secure a home.

Currently I am learning to drive so my maximum budget at the moment including bills is £650. I am in a flexible lodger situation at the moment so have put my availability from 1st June but do not have a set date to leave by right now, so happy to take my time to find the right home.

I live a busy life outside of home because of my chosen career, but love a safe and cosy place to return to for rest and relaxation in the midst of it all. I'm looking for a comfortable double room somewhere within walking distance to the city centre to save attempting to deal with Bristol buses for a regular commute in winter. Currently I live in Easton and adore the area, but would be open to other locations too. I am away frequently in the summer between May - September but would be a regular housemate through the winter until the sun returns.

I am a clean, considerate housemate and like to maintain a tidy home. I am a big fan of live music and events, but I won't bring the party home if it's not the place to do so. I value open communication to ensure we are all happy living together and love house meetings, cleaning rotas, or any other household processes to maintain fairness.

I'm not too fussy so am open to see what's out there and welcome any offers. Maximum rent would be £600 before bills, though anything included is always welcome. Some outdoor space is also a big plus as I love fresh air and sunlight but not a deal breaker.
