Professional Female seeks a double room

I am a 26 year old systems engineer looking for a double room in St Albans, close to the town centre and available to move in from the end of October/early November. I would prefer a furnished room and/or en-suite, but I am flexible either way, but a parking space is essential. I like a household that likes to socialise (over a pint or few), so a communal area is a must!
