Double room wanted for creative professional

Ex-dog walker turned full-time filmmaker from Yorkshire. Usually working at my studio in so not at home much but also love to hang out and go to pub, go jogging, food, etc. have applied for a PhD to hopefully start next year!

Work on both commissions for music industry and fashion, as well as my own artistic projects for gallery installations and film festivals. So obviously also a big fan of film, music and all that!

Have lived on my own for many years, so very organised and respectful, as well as punctual with bills and so on and financially solvent.

Enjoy cleaning and like to keep everything tidy!

Like to be sociable, love going to pub etc., whilst respecting privacy when needed.
