34 year old professional seeks a large double room

Hello, I am looking for a double room in the N3, N12, N20 areas. It needs to be very close to a Tube station - west Finchley, Finchley central, Woodside park would be ideal.

I am available to move from now, but preferably could negotiate to move in 2-3 weeks time. I have a budget of £950pcm, though these are flexible. I would prefer to share with females between 28 and 35 years old, who are friendly, look out for each other, clean and tidy.

I would like a shared large kitchen, and/or a shared living room. I do not want to live with a live-in landlord. A garden is a must.

I am working as a schoolteacher in London, but I have lived in Finchley for a long time. In my spare time, I read, travel, go to the gym, dance, go for walks

As a housemate, I like cooking, clean after myself, and like to have a balance of socialising in the common areas versus time alone.
