Looking for a share or buddy up

Hi! Looking for a share, ideally in South East London, Camberwell, Peckham, Brixton, Herne Hill, New Cross, etc, or in Hackney.

I'm an audio producer and journalist - of arts, music, current affairs, social issues, and more - who's worked for Radio 4, the World Service, and also 6Music. I love art and making art, am very visually aware, love music and gigs, care about social justice, and also enjoy the arts, fashion/style, running, yoga, other cultures, socialising, reading, current affairs, and keeping up with what's going on.

I'm friendly, sociable, easy to talk to, clean, considerate, peaceful, and very responsible - good to live with I like to think!

I am flexible about prices but would obviously be keen to spend as little as possible. My maximum monthly spend on rent and bills would be about £1100, if it is quite a reasonably sized space. A loft, cellar or similar storage, and a garden and living room would be wonderful, but not essential.
