Professional Female looking for a room/studio

Hi, I work in finance and have a hybrid working pattern. I value a calm, well-balanced home with a steady routine during the week.

I'm clean and considerate—I look after shared spaces and expect the same, but I'm not overly rigid. I believe in mutual respect and trust rather than micromanaging, and I'm big on open, straightforward communication.

I'm friendly and sociable, but I also really value my own space and downtime. I'm not looking for a party house—more a relaxed, mature atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.

Ideally, I'm looking for either a studio or a room in a home with just one or two flatmates. I have quite a few belongings, so I'm looking for a room with good storage or enough space to accommodate them. I also tend to shower in the evenings and occasionally later at night, so I'd prefer a home where normal day-to-day routines aren't overly restricted.

I'm happy to live with a live-in landlord, provided the household is relaxed and not governed by overly restrictive house rules. Mutual respect and open communication are far more important to me than rigid rules.
