Young friendly professional Seeking double room

Hi! I’m working in Kingston as a Landscape Architect and I am looking to move to the surrounding area.

I work full time and am currently a mix of in the office and working from home.

Having used SpareRoom a lot in the past, I am a very respectful and polite tenant. I am also very clean and tidy. I would like to live with clean, tidy, respectful and easy going house mates.

I respect each other’s personal space and privacy.
I am a big animal lover, so living with animals would be no problem for me.

I love being outdoors and staying active and healthy!
Outdoor space is important for me, therefore I really value having a garden or a balcony. So this would be a perk, but not essential!
