House share wanted

I am looking for preferably no more than a 2-bedroom household within the Birmingham area with easily accessible transport links to the city centre for my place of work.
I am currently living in a 4 bedroomed share however I would prefer more of my own space and would like to downsize.
I am looking for a housemate who would like to split the cost of everything down the middle to make things more affordable for eachother.

I am a respectful, quiet and friendly person who is very laid back and easy to get along with. I like to do my own thing but also would like to take the opportunity to meet new people and socialise.
I am looking for someone who are like minded quiet wise as well as tidy people to live with so I don't have to worry about mess and parties as I do not drink often.

P. s If the property is a non-smoking household I am more than happy to go outside to smoke.
