Looking for short-term let from January

Ideally looking for a double room in a house share with 1 or 2 other like minded professionals. Am easy going, like to socialise and am clean and tidy. Looking for a room from early January with some flexibility on the length of let as am trying to buy my own place. I work in Cardiff, but am currently living in Penarth and would love to stay in the area. Am usually fairly busy, and often have things on weeknights/ weekends, so won't be in the way too much! Equally won't treat the house as somewhere to come and go, like to look after my space and contribute to the household. I do have a car, so parking would be ideal (on-road fine).
