PhD Student seeks room from June

Introduction:
I am a responsible and tidy female postgraduate student at the University of Southampton/Southampton General Hospital. I am currently looking for a room in a friendly and peaceful house, around Shirley and the general hospital area (within 30 minutes walking distance).I have almost 2 years left of my course and ideally am looking for a room that would allow me to not have to move before the end of my course.

Ideal requirements:
- Freezer space (ideally ≥2 drawers/ 1 large drawer)
- Under bed storage space
- Desk space
- Furnished
- Bills included
- Shared living room
