Teetotal Hedonistic Professional Seeks House Share

Hi, I'm Phil, a professional guy in my late 30's. I have my own business so often work long hours and can often be away for a couple of days and nights when work dictates (mainly weekends).

I am looking for a share with either male or female who isn't a party animal, ideally no younger than mid 20's - or older than 50. Being teetotal myself, a housemate who does not drink would be a big plus but this is not a major concern.

Whilst I am sociable and enjoy going out and meeting new people etc I do also like my own space and also respect other peoples space/quiet/private time.

It is important to me to find the right home and person to share it with. I am an accepting person who finds people interesting and therefore expects the same. I am bisexual, I am a naturist and I am single. This does not mean that I am a hedonistic party animal - well maybe on occasion.

I do my quota of house work and help with DIY jobs etc, clean, tidy, quiet, respectful, enjoy cooking and sharing meals etc.
