A room for a friendly, clean housemate

We have two rooms soon available in my 4 bedroom houseshare. Available from 25 April and would like to find a friendly face to live here. One room is an ensuite and one room is a double. Based in Stanmore, Winchester, we have a big garden, free available parking on road, bills included and washer and dryer(!) The rooms are both around £700-£710 each.
We are looking for someone who priorities great communication, good vibes and wants a friendly clean calm house to feel at home in. I have been here for several years and we consider this a proper home.
Both rooms have hard lino, and face the cool evening south side of the house. The
The two of us who live here full time are 28f-museums, and 24m-software who works from home.
We are very clean and tidy and value respect and communication
