Female seeks a professional to buddy up for a hous

My name is Kelechi. Living and working in Birmingham.
I am a non-smoker, tidy, friendly and respectful of others and their space and expect that in return.
I am seeking a professional to share 50/50 with regards rent and bills on a 2/3 bedroom house with a garden. 2 bathrooms and possibly 2 reception rooms.
I am aware of the terms of a shared accommodation which includes respecting each others space and privacy.
I am currently renting a 2 bed flat but my landlady wants to sell. I have furniture too.
I am available to move in from September 2024 but I can move earlier if I find the right place with the right person.
